Take the bel in your hand and break it with the help of a roller pin used for making rotis.
Scrape out all the pulp and put it in a big vessel. Put the sugar into it. Pour water to cover the ingredients or slightly more than it.
Mix well till all the sugar dissolves completely ( adjust sugar as per taste ). Strain the mixture into another vessel. Pour the strained juice till half the glass and the rest of it with chilled water and ice cubes.
Decorate with a mint leaf and there it is ready to be served and enjoyed. Its a great cooler drink for the summers.
