I am a big fan of watermelon juice and this recipe is one of my first attempts to make it even more healthy.
Preparation
Main Preperation Step
  • Peel and clean the ingredients, remove the seeds from the watermelon. Cut the cucumber and watermelon into small pieces.

  • In a blender add the cucumber, lemon juice, honey, watermelon. Blend these ingredients for about 10 seconds.

  • Crush the ice cubes a bit and add them to the blender.

  • Blend them for another 15-20 seconds.

Garnishing Ideas
  • add a slice of the water melon to the glass or a slice of lemon if you want it to look good
