vegetable raita is an Indian side dish made with yogurt ( dahi ) and vegetables.
  • Whisk the yogurt till it gets smooth.

  • add all the spices and salt and mix well

  • chop all the vegetables

  • add chopped vegetables in the yogurt mixture and mix well

  • check and taste if more spice is needed

  • serve immediately
