      Sweet corn soup is one the tastiest soups according to me. It is totally healthy and delicious. Its a delight, especially in the winter season.
      • In a vessel, add oil, ginger and garlic. Heat it at medium flame and allow it to sizzle

      • Add onions and saute it for 30 seconds

      • Now, add peas , carrots and green beans. Saute for 1-2 mintues

      • Add corns, salt and pepper. Mix well

      • You may add salt and pepper according to your taste

      • Now add water and cauliflower. Mix and bring to a boil

      • Allow the veggies to cook without overcooking them.

      • Mix a little water with the corn strach and add it to the soup

      • Add sugar

      • Once the soup is a little thick, turn off the burner.

      • Pour the soup into bowls and serve it hot

      Recipe notes

      You may garnish the soup with green onions (chopped diagonally) and green chilies (chopped diagonally).
