In a vessel, add oil, ginger and garlic. Heat it at medium flame and allow it to sizzle
Add onions and saute it for 30 seconds
Now, add peas , carrots and green beans. Saute for 1-2 mintues
Add corns, salt and pepper. Mix well
You may add salt and pepper according to your taste
Now add water and cauliflower. Mix and bring to a boil
Allow the veggies to cook without overcooking them.
Mix a little water with the corn strach and add it to the soup
Once the soup is a little thick, turn off the burner.
Pour the soup into bowls and serve it hot
You may garnish the soup with green onions (chopped diagonally) and green chilies (chopped diagonally).
