    Spinach omelet is one of the best breakfast recipes. you can also add parmesan cheese to it
    • In a bowl crack the 2 eggs , spinach , nutmeg , salt and pepper and onion powder. Mix them well

    • In a pan heat oil for about a minute on medium flame.

    • add egg mixture and cook it for about 3 minutes , until partially set. You may add the Parmesan cheese at this point.

    • Flip with a spatula and continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes

    • Reduce heat to low and continue cooking to desired texture

    • serve hot
