    This quick potato dish is filled with spicy mix that I just love to make for lunch.
    Preparation
    • Boil the potato

    • chop and leave aside

    • In a frying pan add the cooking oil of your choice and let it heat.

    • Once the oil is well heated add the cumin seeds and fry them for a minute

    • Add the chopped onions and let them cook for another minute

    • Then add the tomatoes - cook it for a minute or 2 and add some water to make it into gravy

    • Put garam masala powder and turmeric powder to the gravy and let it cook on medium heat till thick

    • Add 1 teaspoon of Sugar to the thick paste and mix the potatoes into the mixture stirring it well

    • Let it cook for 3 minutes before taking off from heat

    • garnish with coriander and serve hot
