One of my favorite things..... Scrambled Eggs!! I make a lot of different preparations with eggs, it's such a versatile food! This one is the easiest and it takes just 5 ingredients and 10 mins to cook..
Main Preparation Steps
  • Take a large bowl and break the eggs in

  • Whisk them well, almost frothy

  • Then add the milk and cheese and whisk again.

  • Add coarsely ground black pepper and salt to taste

  • In a pan, take a dollop of butter whilst keeping the heat on low

  • Add the egg mixture and spread it all in

  • Immediately take a spatula and start cooking the eggs in

  • The low heat will cook the eggs evenly, and you may cook them to the consistency you like.

  • I like mine soft from inside and firm outside..

  • Serve with toast
