I came across this recipe while looking for an easy to make, healthy appetizer. I loved this recipe for its unique taste and probably the only broccoli recipe, which the kids loved!
Main Preparation Steps
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F

  • Mix the broccoli florets with minced garlic, olive oil and lemon juice.Toss untill lightly coated

  • Sprinkle salt over the mixture and toss to coat

  • Arrange the broccoli florets in a single layer and roast them for 16-20 minutes, until cooked through and nicely brown.

  • Carefully transfer the roasted broccoli back in the bowl and toss with freshly ground black pepper

  • Add the grated paremsan cheese
