        This rich broccoli soup is deliciously thick, flavorful and full of broccoli.Broccoli gives a unique flavour to the regular vegetable soup.
        Preparation
        Main Preperation Step
        • Begin by heating the olive oil in a pot on a medium flame. Once the oil is mildly hot, add the chopped garlic and onions and cook for 2-3 minutes.Then add the other chopped vegetables (capsicum, potat

        • Add the flour and stir for another minute. Make sure the flour does not turn into lumps.

        • Add 3 cups of Chicken stock or Vegetable stock to the pan. Cook for about 10-15 minutes on medium flame, Untill vegetables are softened.

        • Switch off the heating and let it cool for a while. Then, carefully add the mixture to a blender and blend it.

        • Once the mixture turns into a thick puree you may add more stock or water to it before heating it again. The amount of water/stock to be added depends on how thick you want the soup to be.

        • Add salt, pepper powder and cumin powder according to your taste.

        • Add the cream and switch off the heat.

        • Serve Hot!
