Add the flour and stir for another minute. Make sure the flour does not turn into lumps.
Add 3 cups of Chicken stock or Vegetable stock to the pan. Cook for about 10-15 minutes on medium flame, Untill vegetables are softened.
Switch off the heating and let it cool for a while. Then, carefully add the mixture to a blender and blend it.
Once the mixture turns into a thick puree you may add more stock or water to it before heating it again. The amount of water/stock to be added depends on how thick you want the soup to be.
Add salt, pepper powder and cumin powder according to your taste.
Add the cream and switch off the heat.
