In a mixing bowl add eggs, flour, milk, vanilla essence, baking powder and baking soda. Blend well to form a smooth batter. Just make sure there are no lumps in the batter. For this you may use a blender or a mixer
Heat a non stick pan of medium size, add a small blob of butter then pour a big tablespoon of the batter
Cook pancake until golden on both sides.
Place on a serving plate and drizzle little butter and maple syrup / honey.
Arrange 2-3 layers of pancake on the plate and serve hot
