    I have grown up in a town influenced by muglai culture. Methi Rice is a tasty recipes that me and my friends make all year around.
    Preparation
    Main Preperation Steps
    • Chop Fenugreek into small pieces using a thin knife

    • Wash and rinse well fenugreek can have mud stuck to it so be thorough.

    • Wash the rice and remove the white water by tipping it to the side. Repeat if needed.

    • Put the oil in a pressure cooker and heat it up. Add the cumin / garlic pieces and dry red chilies to the oil.

    • Let it turn brown on high heat.

    • Add all the Fenugreek and salt and cook for 10-15 minutes.

    • Add the rice

    • Add the water

    • Close the lid and let the cooker whistle two times before turning off the heat.

    • Cool and server
