Chop Fenugreek into small pieces using a thin knife
Wash and rinse well fenugreek can have mud stuck to it so be thorough.
Wash the rice and remove the white water by tipping it to the side. Repeat if needed.
Put the oil in a pressure cooker and heat it up. Add the cumin / garlic pieces and dry red chilies to the oil.
Let it turn brown on high heat.
Add all the Fenugreek and salt and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Add the rice
Add the water
Close the lid and let the cooker whistle two times before turning off the heat.
Cool and server
