      This one is for the love of chicken tikka and mango. A simple sushi combo that will blow your mind. Sushi that can make you high.
      Preparation
      For the sushi rice
      • soak sushi rice in water for 30 minutes and then cook with less water than usual

      • add salt to the rice water and cook until only a little water is left.

      • do not drain the rice

      • cool the rice and set aside . Add some vinegar mixed with sugar just before you apply the rice to the nori

      For the sushi
      • Roast the nori on top of the flame for less then 5 seconds
      • role the sushi, place on a tray and chop.
      • enjoy the best sushi ever

        lay the nori out on a sushi mat and spread the rice evenly.

      • Step-3

        cut the chicken tikka and mango into thin slices and place it on the corner of the sushi mat

        Roast the sesame seeds with some salt and sprinkle to garnish
