      Caramel sauce its best made at home. It's pretty easy and has a two day shelf life without the use of preservatives. This recipe is a great sauce for any cold dessert it's so simple and sometimes I eat it as it is.

      • Step-1

        Heat up a pan and add sugar to it on medium heat. Add cream to the sugar as soon as it starts to liquidize

      • Step-2

        roast sesame seeds in a low heat in a small pan and add them to the mix after 20 seconds of roasting. Pre-heating the sesame will allow the flavor to mix in the cream faster

      • Step-3

        mix well until you think its ready. Then remove from the pan and store in the fridge. The whole paste will crystallize.
