Heat up a pan and add sugar to it on medium heat. Add cream to the sugar as soon as it starts to liquidize
roast sesame seeds in a low heat in a small pan and add them to the mix after 20 seconds of roasting. Pre-heating the sesame will allow the flavor to mix in the cream faster
mix well until you think its ready. Then remove from the pan and store in the fridge. The whole paste will crystallize.
