          Inspired by the goan fish curry I eat at yellow chillies by Sanjeev Kapoor I decide to give it a try. I used sole fish for my curry but sanjeev Kappor uses pomfret - The results were amazing
          Preparation
          Preperation
          • Put the fish in a bowl of water with lemon juice and let it sit for 5 minutes

          • in a frying pan heat up the oil

          • add the mustard seeds and curry leaves with the green chili skin, hold for 1 minute till it cooks

          • add the chopped onions and let it cook until the onions turn brown

          • squeeze the garlic cloves with a knife againt the cutting board and add them as a mash

          • add tumeric, salt , chilli powder and garam masala to the frying pan

          • Slit the fish into 3 or 4 fillets and add the fish to the mixture,

          • let it cook on high heat for about 4 minutes

          • pour the coconut milk from the top into pan and let it cook for another 5 minutes until done.

          Garnishing Ideas
          • sprinkel with coriander leaves and one spoon of yogart
