Put the fish in a bowl of water with lemon juice and let it sit for 5 minutes
in a frying pan heat up the oil
add the mustard seeds and curry leaves with the green chili skin, hold for 1 minute till it cooks
add the chopped onions and let it cook until the onions turn brown
squeeze the garlic cloves with a knife againt the cutting board and add them as a mash
add tumeric, salt , chilli powder and garam masala to the frying pan
Slit the fish into 3 or 4 fillets and add the fish to the mixture,
let it cook on high heat for about 4 minutes
pour the coconut milk from the top into pan and let it cook for another 5 minutes until done.
