Vertically chop capsicum & onion finely.

Take a hard boiled egg, cut into half vertically & remove the yellow (removing yellow is optional).

Further chop the egg whites (whole egg) into chunks.

Take 4 whole black olives & chop them horizontally into 4 pieces each.

Mix all the vegetables & eggs. Add salt, pepper & pesto (fresh or canned). The measurement of each can vary as per your choice.

Take the chilled lettuce leaves and tear them into big pieces with hands unevenly.

Take two slices of the multigrain bread, spread butter and add the vegetable mixture on top of the slices. Top the veges with lettuce leaves & cover with slices of bread to make a sandwich.

Grill them a little and voila!
Recipe notes
1. It can be made using white bread as well but the results are not as good.\n2. You can add some cheese to it if you wish to.\n3. Always use fresh, crisp vegetables and make sure that lettuce is cooled not frozen otherwise it will become soggy.\n
