In a bowl mix one cup flour with two tablespoons of baking powder one tablespoon salt and two tablespoons of olive oil.
Mix the batter till its flakey like breadcrumbs.
Chop the potatoes into thin strips, as you would when making fries. Add these chopped potatoes to the mixture and mix them well with your hands . Then put them aside.
Make a second batter with 1 cup flour, 2 Tablespoon baking soda and 2 Tablespoon oil. This time add some water to make it like a paste.
After 30 seconds add the garlic cloves ,broccoli pods, carrots and baby corn shoots to the pan.
After about another minute add the corn-flour mixture to the pan and immediately add two tablespoons of soya sauce and two tablespoons of tomato ketchup to the pan. You may also add some chili paste to this if you want it to be a little spicy.
I added Sesame seeds to the mixture also, but you may choose to add them later just for the garnishing.
Once the 5 minutes are over add the potatoes.
In a small pan roast the sesame seeds for 60 seconds on low heat.
