        Just like the name suggests this dish is out of the world. It is mainly made up of deep fried chicken pieces boosted with Chinese flavors .Though traditionally it is made using chicken wings, I have made it this time using using chicken legs.
        Preparation
        Main Preperation Steps
        • I usually tenderize the chicken by dipping it in lemon water for about 20 minutes before marinating.
        • Step-2

          Make deep incisions on the chicken skin for better marination. Then, in a large bowl add all the other mentioned ingredients and rub them gently over the chicken leg pieces.

        • Step-3

          Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.

        • Step-4

          Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken till its golden brown

        • Step-5

          It is as simple as that

        • Step-6

          you may serve it with some sweet chili to enhance the flavor.
