crispy okra is an excellent, easy to make side dish. There are various ways in which you can make the crispy okra. I have tried it with rice powder this time.
      Preparation
      Main Preperation Step
      • Wash and pat dry the okra. Cut off the stems and slice them horizontally into small pieces.Place the Okra in a bowl, add salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and ginger garlic paste. Mix until the okra is coated properly with the spices. Now keep the marinated okra aside for 10 minutes. Add rice flour to the mixture and mix gently.

      • Add the oil in a pan and heat it on a medium flame . Add the okra slices to them pan and fry them on a medium flame for approximately 15-20 mins untill golden and crisp.

      • If the pan you are using seems small to fry all the okra at once, fry them in batches and avoid overcrowding .

      • Take the okra out and place them on paper towels to absorb the excess oil.

      • transfer in a bowl and add the tomato ketchup . Sprinkle garam masala over it. mix and serve immediately.
