      This is a spicy chutney that can be whipped up in a jiffy! Serve with any South Indian snack like dosa, idli, vada, upma, etc.
      Preparation
      Main Preperation Steps
      • Heat oil in a kadhai. Add onion , garlic , green chilies , ginger and saute till onion turns translucent .

      • Now add coriander , tamarind paste and salt. Saute for 30 seconds. Turn off the heat and grind to a smooth paste when cool.

      • Serve this chatpata chutney with any South Indian snack like idli, dosa, vada, etc.

      Garnishing Ideas
      • You can add a tadka of mustard seeds and curry leaves for added taste.
