          This was my first time making a kebab of any kind but this recipe really opened me up to world of possibilities.
          Preparation
          make the kebab
          • Ive used riceflour for dusting & fine sooji for a crisp coating which is optional
          • Step-1

            Blanch the spinach in salted water. drain and keep them aside - ensure it is well drained as the paste we have to make has to be dry.

          • Step-2

            In a grinder take the chopped spinach, add the peas , chickpeas, green chilies, coriander leaves & ginger. Grind to a semi coarse paste.

          • Step-3

            Add all the dry spice powder, bread crumbs, salt.

          • Step-4

            Now mix the kebab mixture uniformly.

          • Step-5

            Shape the mixture into round patties and placing a cheese cube in the centre.

          • Step-6

            Shallow or pan fry the kebabs till golden brown.

          Garnishing Ideas
          • Serve the kebab hot with chutney or sauce.
