      Bruschetta is a italian starter dish which is usually made of toasted bread with garlic rubbed and toppings added onto it. I have used homemade garlic bread in my dish and I have added some green chilies to add a little heat to the dish. I totally enjoyed it I hope you do too.
      Preparation
      • Peel of as much of the skin of the tomato as you can or just use it as it is.

      • Cut the tomato in half and de-seed.

      • Chop roughly

      • Chop the basil into ribbons.

      • In a bowl mix in all the ingredients with a drizzle of olive oil and a splash of vinegar.

      For the Garlic oil
      • Smash the garlic cloves and mix with olive oil.

      • Let it stand for a few minutes.

      For the Bruschetta:
      • Lightly toast the bread slices on a skillet.

      • Brush with a generous amount of garlic oil.

      • Top with the tomato topping and serve.
