        I have tried making many pizza doughs before I made this one.The dough I tried this time is simple to make, tastes great and has the perfect softness. I also noticed that it does not make me feel bloated. In my experience you have to perfect your measurements while making sure you stick to them each time you make the dough.
        Main Preperation Steps
        • In a dough maker or mixing bowl add all the ingredients and knead.

        • Don’t worry about activating the yeast separately, I used to follow this process earlier but it did not work. It is better to just mix it into the flour.

        • Some people also add one spoon of sugar but this is optional.

        • if you are using a dough maker knead the dough for 5 minutes. If you are doing it by hand knead for 10 minutes.
