In a dough maker or mixing bowl add all the ingredients and knead.
Don’t worry about activating the yeast separately, I used to follow this process earlier but it did not work. It is better to just mix it into the flour.
Some people also add one spoon of sugar but this is optional.
if you are using a dough maker knead the dough for 5 minutes. If you are doing it by hand knead for 10 minutes.
