          My experiments with the microwave and cauliflower continues... Baked Cauliflower Casserole (with coconut cheese sauce and Italian herbs)
          Preparation
          • Steam cook the cauliflowers with some salt and water in a steamer, or in the microwave..keep them a little crunchy

          • Heat a pan and melt butter.

          • Add the garlic and brown them.

          • Add the flour and fry until light brown, on a low flame

          • Add the coconut paste, mix well.

          • Add half the cheese and the cream, and a little salt.

          • Add the milk, keep whisking.

          • Turn off the heat and whisk more.

          • Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and cover them well..

          • Sprinkle the remaining cheese and the herbs.

          • Pre-heat oven at 180 C until it beeps (8 mins in my MW)

          • Bake the cauliflower casserole for 15 to 20 minutes at 180 C.. or until top is crunchy!

          • Relish with garlic bread!!!
