Steam cook the cauliflowers with some salt and water in a steamer, or in the microwave..keep them a little crunchy
Heat a pan and melt butter.
Add the garlic and brown them.
Add the flour and fry until light brown, on a low flame
Add the coconut paste, mix well.
Add half the cheese and the cream, and a little salt.
Add the milk, keep whisking.
Turn off the heat and whisk more.
Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and cover them well..
Sprinkle the remaining cheese and the herbs.
Pre-heat oven at 180 C until it beeps (8 mins in my MW)
Bake the cauliflower casserole for 15 to 20 minutes at 180 C.. or until top is crunchy!
Relish with garlic bread!!!
