        Achari machi or pickled fish is something I eat at social in Haus khas and I loved it so much that I had to work my own variation. It was clear from the start that the fish was cooked with a mix of mango pickle and tomato. So I got working
        Preparation
        • Keep it marinated for about 3 hours in the fridge .
        • Step-1

          Preparing this recipe cant get any easier simply mix all the ingredients and rub onto the fish.

        • Step-3

          shallow fry it in a fully heated frying pan with just 4 tablespoons of cooking oil.

        • Step-4

          You can substitute the oil for butter to give it more thickness.

        • Step-5

          Serve the fish with Mashed patatoes and come coleslaw for the best effect.
