Mexican Cuisine
Rich, diverse and a tinge of Spanish influence define the Mexican culinary culture. Mexican savory dishes are generally spicy, as some of the hottest peppers came from Mexico. Corn and maize is the keystone in Mexican cuisine and is used in both sweet and savory dishes. Mexican cuisine usually includes the local vegetation and spices, but livestock and dairy products were induced by Spaniards.
